It's fourth quarter results have jumped approximately 42%. The positive sentiment amplifies that of Reston-based Comstock Homebuilding Cos. Inc. (NASDAQ: CHCI) which returned to profitability during the third quarter and said the homebuilding industry is on the mend.
Will the rest of the construction industry follow? Probably, but it's too soon to tell how quickly.
